The University of South East Norway (USN) uses a publication system for the development and operation of its web sites, including public websites, student portal and intranet for students and employees. USN is now reviewing its total ICT portfolio with the aim of establishing a comprehensive and future orientated portfolio that also includes the choice of publication platform.
The framework agreement is for consultancy services within system integrations, further development of middleware, comparing data for data analysis and performance management. The framework agreement will be valid for 2 years, with an option for an extension for 1+1 year.
