LEIA intends to enter into a process of Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for innovation partners. The Process invites an unlimited number of professional partners to take part in a network of innovative providers to participate in mini competitions initiated by LEIA to deliver new content, services or partly deliverables to such in the early phases of innovation.
