ISSF bude prvkem kritické informační infrastruktury a součástí regulované služby dle zákona č. 264/2025 Sb., o kybernetické bezpečnosti a dále podle zákona č. 266/2025 Sb., o kritické infrastruktuře, ve znění pozdějších předpisů.
