PLEASE NOTE: This procurement will be procured under the 8(a) program and only businesses currently enrolled in the 8(a) program shall be considered. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division (NSWCCD) has a requirement to maintain the current Common Access Card (CAC) support office on site at the West Bethesda, MD location.
