DPS:n keston aikana kaikki kiinnostuneet ehdokkaat voivat tehdä siihen osallistumishakemuksen. DPS on voimassa hankintailmoituksessa ilmoitettuun päivään asti, ellei sitä keskeytetä tai muuteta DPS:n voimassa ollessa.
