Norway – Educational software package – Framework agreement for digital learning resources

Viken Vest Innkjøpssamarbeid (VVI) will enter into a framework agreement with one supplier for digital learning resources on behalf of 22 participating municipalities, with an option for Modum municipality. The agreement covers licences for digital learning resources for primary and lower secondary education and adult education, as well as an ordering and licence administration system.
