DESCRIPTION OF THE DELIVERY (see the attached documents for a full description). ICT Agder, as the contracting authority for this competition, is carrying out a procurement of a joint, cloud based system (SaaS) for the digital substance register. The system shall be used by Agder county, participating municipalities and other entities included in the procurement.
Conditions set in the government support scheme for 2026 will apply. The letter of assignment is to be enclosed and named "Assignment Letter for the National Budget 2026 - Broadband Subsidy". The contracting authority for the competition is Agder county and 13 municipalities in the Agder region, hereafter called the Contracting Authority/Customer. The contracting authority is represented in this competition by Agder County. The municipalities in Agder have worked for many years to achieve the development of future orientated and robust broadband.
