The European Union’s official journal of public tenders, where every contract above the EU thresholds must be advertised. It covers all EU member states and some neighbouring countries.

European Single Procurement Document (ESPD)

A standard self-declaration used across the EU in which a supplier confirms it is eligible and meets the selection criteria. Proof is usually only asked of the winner.
